Class Fee: $35.00 NOTE: Once you are registered, you can download the prep instructions, a picture, line drawings, the supplies needed, and a prep picture. The finishing instructions will be emailed to you on December 30, 2026.
This class will be recorded: unlimited access for at least 2 years.
Surface: is a plaque measuring 6-1/4’x 15” – the design area is 5-1/2” x 12”. The plaque

Project Supplies:
- Black Sharpie® Permanent Marker with an Ultra Fine Point
The following items are helpful, but not required:
- Gold Paint Pen (Medium Tip) – Be sure it is oil-based and labeled Permanent. This is useful for outlining the inset.
- 6" Clear (Transparent) Ruler with 1/8" grid markings (available from Michaels or Amazon for approximately $3.00).
- "Box Buddy" Painter's Tool from Cupboard Distributing (approximately $3.99). This handy tool is especially helpful for painting windows.
DecoArt Acrylics
Brushes: Normal painting supplies: various sizes of angled or flat brushes, rounds
for base coating, fine liners and detail brushes, a medium mop, a scruffy brush for stippling.
Narrative: Paulette first taught this beautiful design during our May 2026 ArtRoom2Create Painting Cruise. At that time, we agreed that cruise projects would not be offered as Zoom classes until a reasonable amount of time had passed. By the time this class is presented, eight months will have elapsed since the cruise, making it the perfect opportunity to share it with everyone.
