Before you register for classes there are a few disclosures we need to share.

1. Once you have registered for a class, there will be no refunds issued.

2. Class registrations can only be completed on the ArtRoom2Create Website https://artroom2create. com/ A special tab on the website has been created to identify where you can register for retreat classes, it has been labeled (May Retreat).

3. Please do not double book yourself and expect a refund because this will not happen. Once the teacher’s packet is made available to you, “we” are responsible for paying the teacher a contractual fee, thus the reason for a no refund policy.

4. Only in the event a teacher cancels will you be issued a refund for the class fee.

5. Most e-packet class information will be downloadable at the time of confirmed registration. If you have any problems, please send an email to [email protected]

6. For wood purchased and fulfilled through the retreat.  Once you have purchased the applicable surface, please note you will not be able to cancel the order. We will address damages that occur during transit.
